Low Carbon Diet Workshops - A 30 Day Program to Lose 5000 Pounds

Offered in several locations, these five-session workshops will follow the programs. Participants will meet for an hour-and-a-half each session. In a fun and supportive environment we will discuss and apply home improvement strategies to save energy and money while reducing our carbon dioxide "footprint."
